Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12 o clock midday will be processed the same working day. Orders are only delivered on working days, i.e. week days excluding bank holidays.&
Orders are delivered by a combination of parcel and pallet networks. Large deliveries will arrive on a lorry equipped with tail lift and manual pallet trolley. Orders are unloaded to ground level and are able to be wheeled short distances over good ground to the desired destination.

If your delivery address may be subject to access restrictions (narrow lanes, etc) please indicate that you require your delivery in a 7.5 tonne lorry on the delivery page of the checkout process. If your property is not suitable for access by a 7.5 tonne vehicle we are able to arrange for smaller orders to be delivered by transit van although this service is prohibitively expensive and fairly limited. In exceptionally busy periods a shortage of 7.5 tonne vehicles may result in your delivery being delayed by a day, although this is very rare!

All orders are not suitable for outside storage or exposure to the wet.

Not all delivery methods are available to all the parts of the country

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery operates on a 3rd working day basis. An order placed before 4pm on working day 1 will be delivered on working day 3.
Our delivery partner will text or call the day before a delivery is due to take place to confirm that there will be someone available to sign for the delivery and to give a rough indication of the delivery time.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery operates on a 2nd working day basis. An order placed before 2pm on working day 1 will be delivered on working day 2.

Local Delivery

Within a 30 miles radius our own transport team will deliver to you with the options outlined below.

Delivery charges per order using our own delivery team from CW9 6LZ::

Local Zone A delivery from 0 to 10 miles = £10

Local Zone B delivery from 10 to 20 miles = £15

Local Zone C delivery 20 to 30 miles = £20

Local Zone D delivery from 30 to 40 miles = £25

Delivery from 40 to 50 miles = Call us

*Additional 'large item charge' for oversized items such as 6x6x4 bales. Charge is per order not per item.


Option 1, Wrapped pallet delivery:

Our driver will unload your pallet with a portable forklift and put to one side for you.

Option 2, Personalised van delivery:

We unload your order by hand, stacking the bales or bags neatly undercover into your individual storage areas.
This added service will incur a 5% handling charge on the net value of your order.

Option 3, Click & Collect

Please wait until you have received a follow up email or text message from us confirming when your order will be ready for collection.;
The order may take 2-3 working days to process for you.
When you do collect, the items will be placed and labelled in the Collection area.
You may help yourself to your order at any time between 8am and 9.30 pm.

Collection times:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 4.00pm
Sunday: CLOSED
If picking up outside of these times your order will be left in the collection zone with your order note attached to it, so please collect your order and post the order note in the collected box provided.

Courier / Pallet Delivery:

Over 30 miles away we use an approved courier to deliver your order and some large pallet orders may require you to have a forklift to unload. However all small pallets will be unloaded by the delivery driver, using hand portable pallet forks, and put to one side for you. Delivery charges from over 40 miles using our approved couriers start from 37.38 per pallet.
Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days via a haulier service.
You will receive an update regarding your delivery date by email call or text to confirm.

Failed Deliveries

Where deliveries are attempted but the delivery is unable to be completed due to the absence of someone able to sign for the goods we reserve the right to charge a £15 redelivery charge.

Unsigned Deliveries

We strongly recommend customers not to ask us to leave the order without obtaining a signature. However where the customer instructs us in writing in the delivery note field to leave the delivery without obtaining a signature we are not able to entertain any claims that may arise from goods arriving damaged or being left at an incorrect location.

If you would like a small order left (i.e. if you will not be there to take delivery), please leave a signed delivery notice identifying where the item is to be left at the delivery address and a signature for the carrier to take with them. Without this notice the carrier will not be able to leave your delivery!
