Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Please contact us if such a case occurs and we can advise you of the most cost effective means of return.
Damaged Goods
Couriers are now implementing a strict policy relating to claims of damaged goods. Claims need to be to be filed within 24hours of delivery or on the next working day along with photographic evidence.
