ALFA-A LITE contains pure alfalfa with a light molasses coating and is ideal for horses and ponies in work that hold their weight easily.

How To Get The Most Out Of Feeding With Dengie Alfa-A Lite

Alfa-A Lite can be fed as the sole energy source alongside a broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement, such as one of the Dengie Natural Vitality Vits & Minssupplements or a feed balancer such as Dengie Alfa-A or Hi-Fi Balancer.

Respiratory Care

The alfalfa in Alfa-A Lite is dried at a very high temperature which helps to reduce mould. Efficient extraction processes ensure Alfa-A Lite has a low dust content making it ideal for promoting good respiratory health.

How Hard Are You Working Your Horse?

The amount and kind of work your horse or pony is doing is an important factor when calculating the quantity and type of feed to give. The energy requirements of most horses and ponies in light to medium work can be met by feeding a fibre based diet such as Alfa-A Lite. Just add Performance Vits & Mins or Alfa-A Balancer to balance the ration.
